There have been a total of 14 different teams to be crowned as World Champions. This includes both KanJam and Garbage Can Disc World Champions. Of those 14, nine teams have won multiple times.
KANJAM WORLD CHAMPIONS
Since 1999, when KanJam was created, the plastic goals replaced the garbage cans from the original tournament and winners have been recognized as official KanJam World Champions. Click or tap on a team name to view photo and stats. Click or tap on the year to view results page (we will be periodically adding prior years as we transfer content from the old site).
Before KanJam, metal garbage cans were used as goals in this tournament. The winners were presented with “The Hammer” trophy, and etched their name as champions.
